April 2018
Bloor Homes and Donnington New Homes have submitted two separate planning applications to West Berkshire Council for the overall development of Sandleford Park in south Newbury.
The submission of these plans confirms how both house-builders will work together to meet the Council’s desire to see the delivery of a cohesive development on this allocated site. The allocation is contained in the adopted Core Strategy that sets out West Berkshire Council's housing development proposals.
The development proposals will deliver up to 1,500 new homes, including affordable homes, a 155 acre public Country Park, new school facilities, sports pitches and a host of community benefits.
Bloor Homes and Donnington New Homes have prepared this Sandleford Park website to keep local residents and community stakeholders informed about what is being proposed and how you can find out more. You will find an indicative masterplan of the development and information about elements of the plans on this website.
You can also find out more about the next steps and how to give your comments on the planning applications here.
